Artificial intelligence is developing rapidly, and it is coming to pathology. Chad Meyers, VP/Segment Line Leader, outlines the steps that Clinisys is taking to support the development of AIs that will benefit pathology, and how it will work with customers on use cases that build confidence in this exciting technology.
Severn Pathology set out to establish a system that would increase standardisation, enable efficient, low-risk collaboration and be fully in line with the Sustainability and Transformation Programme, and latterly the NHSI drive to pathology networking. This meant implementing a single LIMS to support multi-site requirements and enable multiple incumbent IT systems to share information.
