    SI-DEP project France

    As part of the pandemic management in France, detecting and tracing Covid-19 cases is critical for a successful recovery from the crisis and the protection of the French people. This is the purpose of the national SI-DEP (Système d’Informations de DEPistage) project implemented by the French Ministry of Health and Solidarity, which selected and commissioned CliniSys | MIPS, in partnership with the AP-HP hospital group, for this task. The CyberLab electronic order entry and result consultation system is at the heart of SI-DEP’s IT platform.

Today, ICE OpenNet enables web connectivity to multiple diverse systems, giving clinicians seamless access to a consolidated view of patients’ diagnostic test results from all organisations.

    CliniSys | MIPS launches GLIMS Genetics: an expert laboratory information system for human genetics

    GLIMS Genetics has been designed by MIPS to combine the power of a mature laboratory information system (LIS) for ‘traditional’ specialties with the specific needs of genetics, including those linked to more recent technologies such as Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). The solution has already been successfully implemented in France’s university hospital of Poitiers, and will next be deployed in nine more genetics units in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
