Clini‎Sys acquires HORIZON Lab Systems, LLC a leading laboratory information management system (LIMS) provider

Acquisition extends CliniS‎ys‎ capabilities into new and complementary market sectors serving environmental, water quality testing, public health, toxicology, and agriculture

The acquisition extends Clinisys’ laboratory testing, diagnostics, and management capabilities further into the public health sector and related markets, such as environmental, water quality testing, public health, toxicology, and agricultural testing. Additionally, the acquisition of HORIZON, which is headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, grows CliniS‎ys’ customer base in North America.
