Workflows for the genetics spectrum

GLIMS Genetics is a module that forms an integral part of GLIMS and covers the entire genetic spectrum. A gene panel, variant results management, and pedigree management enable you to digitise your workflows. The GLIMS Genetics module provides an extra set of features within GLIMS that are used only for genetics-specific disciplines, which can work a stand-alone or interfaced with LIS from other disciplines.

GLIMS HLA Transplant is a module that forms an integral part of GLIMS and covers the human leucocyte antigen (HLA) spectrum. By providing a solution that integrates new technologies such as high-resolution typing and screening, we can offer more effective monitoring for both the recipient and the donor, and ensure integration with national organ donation databases. The GLIMS HLA Transplant module provides an extra set of features within GLIMS that are used only for HLA-specific disciplines, which can work as a stand-alone or interface with LIS from other disciplines.

Clinisys GLIMS complies with international IHE regulations for the healthcare sector

At annual IHE Connectathon events, systems are tested for interoperability with selected IHE profiles. At the 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2019 IHE Connectathons, Clinisys GLIMS successfully passed all tests.
