For eight years in a row, CliniSys | MIPS is nominated as an East Flanders ‘Trends Gazelle’

The 2022 ‘Trends Gazelles’ for the province of East-Flanders have been nominated.

Being one of the nominated companies, Clinisys | MIPS has been identified as one of the fastest growing software companies in the province – based on revenue growth, staff growth and cash flow growth.

Inspiring role model

This year, the editors of Trends Magazine have selected 250 Trends Gazelles per province for the 21st time. Gazelles are fast-growing companies building an integral part of our economic landscape. These competitive companies have a positive influence on the business climate in their region. They are sources of innovation and employment. The Trends Gazelles are regarded as an inspiring role model for other companies.

Trends Gazelle is not based on a flashy presentation or dynamic sales pitch. Trends Gazelle is based on solid growth figures: growth in added value, growth in personnel and growth in cash flow.

The methodology is the following:

Based on a quantitative analysis of the Trends Top, they distinguish 3 categories of companies:

  • “small companies”
  • “medium-sized companies”
  • “large companies”

Next, Trends Magazine is checking their balance sheets for the past 5 financial years against 3 criteria and make a ranking of the growth evolution (in absolute and percentage figures):

  • growth in added value
  • growth in staff
  • growth in cash flow

Proud and happy

“We are very happy that the editorial staff of Trends Magazine has highlighted, for the eighth year in a row, our strong growth with this nomination. Our team has achieved this by remarkable growth by teamwork between our staff, customers, suppliers and our stakeholders,” says John Lebon, CEO Clinisys | MIPS.

“During the last decade we have worked hard on our European expansion leading to an unique market leadership position in software for clinical laboratories. We are growing both organically and through acquisitions, which translates into a steady and stable increase in sales each year. In each of the countries where we have our own branches, we continuously seek new employees to strengthen our team. In this way, we can continue to supply products and services that help our customers optimise their lab processes. I’d like to take the opportunity to very sincerely thank everyone who has contributed to accomplishing this outstanding achievement.”

The ranking will be announced in March 2022.
