India employees celebrated Integration Day 2024 in Goa

At Clinisys India, we celebrated our first ever Integration Day at the luxury resort of Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage & Horizon, located at the Vainguinim beach in Goa.

418 Clinisys team members from all over India flew down to Goa to relax and enjoy their time together as a team. The fun and engaging weekend enabled all employees along with the new hires to meet face to face, have meaningful interactions, realign with our core values while celebrating collaboration and teamwork.

Organized by our own India Integration Day Committee, the event was held on 8-10 November at Taj Cidade de Goa, Heritage & Horizon, located at the scenic Vainguinim beach in Goa.

The event started off as different teams arrived at the beachside resort on November 8 and met their teams and peers. The next day on November 9, it was action packed with fun outdoor games at a beachside lawn and followed by team network sessions and candid group moments with peers. The evening was the time to unwind, and employees enjoyed a sundowner at the beautiful rooftop lawn overlooking the beach in the sunset light. The finale dinner was inspired by Goa carnival. The venue was decorated in carnival style elements, props, stage, lights and more. The entertainment for the evening peaked with fire shows, jugglery, magic show, dance music and just cordial team bonding time.
