Clinisys GLIMS Genetics

Developed in close collaboration with university hospitals, Clinisys GLIMS Genetics gained its quick success thanks to its advanced specialisation in genetics, its full range of functionalities, its flexibility and numerous customisation options, and, certainly, its power. The solution covers the entire genetics spectrum and creates integrated, digital workflows for conventional and molecular cytogenetics, molecular genetics, tumour genetics, array CGH, MLPA, PCR, and DNA sequencing, as well as next-generation sequencing (NGS) variant integration.

GLIMS Genetics Counseling

The new extension of Clinisys GLIMS Genetics, GLIMS Genetics Counseling, further expands its potential, and enables the genetics department to cover the entire process of a genetic consultation with the patient and their family.

Clinisys HLA Transplant

The HLA immunology module, HLA-Transplant, completes the Clinisys GLIMS Genetics solution. With Clinisys HLA Transplant, analyses can now be performed with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and the complex and high-resolution results can be integrated – thanks to the interfaces we have developed and by structuring the typing and screening results in our database. In this way, we can quickly display the different results on our screens. Also integrated are donor and recipient management for pre- and post-transplant monitoring.
