Michael’s vision of a strategic transformation of LIS and LIMS systems to a data-centric approach helps customers manage and leverage their data as valuable assets, breaking down silos and improving decisions. He connects these trends with advances in cloud-based SaaS technology, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. In addition to steering the strategy for business, Michael works closely with our customers and partners to understand the challenges they face in enhancing their laboratory capabilities and improving their business performance, assessing their current and future laboratory informatic system needs.
