Clinisys Integration Day 2023

Looking back on the “Clinisys Integration Day” 2023 – A day full of fun and togetherness! 

On 15 June, colleagues from Clinisys gathered for an unforgettable European team-building day, the “Clinisys Integration Day”. Under a beaming sun, we started the day with breakfast in a nice beachclub at the Belgian coast.

After breakfast, it was time for adventure! In the morning, we could choose from various activities: explore nature, city or sea. For nature lovers, there was the interactive Zwin Nature Park tour, where we could explore the beautiful surroundings and learn more about the flora and fauna. For those who wanted to explore the city, there was a Roadmap trophy with go-karts, testing teamwork and navigation skills. For the adventurous souls, there was the opportunity to explore the sea and participate in various water games such as surfing, paddleboarding, sea kayaking and catamaran sailing.

After the morning activities, it was time to replenish our energy with a sandwich buffet. We were able to catch up with colleagues while enjoying delicious sandwiches and refreshing drinks.

In the afternoon, we were all challenged with beach games in relay form. Teams worked together, laughed, and competed against each other in a series of fun and energetic games on the beach. It was great to see everyone putting their best foot forward and keeping team spirit high.

After an action-packed and fun-filled day, we moved to a beautiful venue for the closing dinner and dessert buffet, where we could relax and enjoy each other’s company. The evening eventually ended on the dance floor.

With the sun high in the sky and smiles on everyone’s faces, we can look back on the “Clinisys Integration Day” with pride. This day brought us closer together, strengthened our team spirit and created unforgettable memories. It was a great experience for both the colleagues who have been working for our company for years and the newcomers, who now feel fully integrated.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this day, from the organisers to all the enthusiastic participants. Together we proved that we are not only a great team in the office, but also outside.
