CliniSys is the result of a strategic partnership between Tekwood
Associates, Inc., a fifteen year-old Information Technology firm, and
New Paradigm Consulting, Inc. New Paradigm Consulting was established in
1996 by Abraham Abuchowski, PhD, founder and former CEO of Enzon, Inc.

Dr. Abuchowski is the internationally recognized authority on PEG
technology and was the first Chairman of the New Jersey Biotechnology
Council. He was responsible for two approved NDAs at Enzon.
